We are a few people who believe in the process of mediation, that it generally takes the spikes away, for people to be able to begin to agree. Mediator.sg is less so a company than a cooperative group of people, taking mediation to all corners of our society. Our formation is very new, but our mediators are all people with their professional backgrounds, and armed with experience in their fields.
OUR MISSION

Our mission, is a simple one - our mission is to get two parties in a dispute, to come to the crux of the issue, and with their free will, settle with one another. Mediators will facilitate the process and nudge it forward, however, mediators will not make a decision regarding judgement nor settlement. The parties at play will.

Pro bono cases will be an important part of our service, taken by a few of our panel of mediators.
Our services, are tiered.
If parties feel a more experienced mediator is preferred, we tier upwards.
Fees are based on the tiering system, the cost of the venue, and fees charged by the mediator.

Mediators bring an open mind and heart to helping parties resolve their issues. While it may be useful for the mediator to be familiar with the industry or have knowledge of the issue at hand, it usually does not take very much effort to explain so that the mediator will understand.
