Tan Tatt Si

Graduated an electrical engineer from the University of Alberta, his career path is one that is non-typical. After 26 years of working with MNC in the sales & technical & management functions, he established his own multimedia production company, one that straddles video (film, TV & digital), texts (edited two NAC sponsored Chinese novels), translations & interpretation, and now audio (voiceover venture) and mediation. Leadership at an NGO for 7 years, he learnt how to deal with less privileged communities, and a bridge to feedback on governmental policies.

达时善于人与人间的交际。这与他在不同国度生活（加拿大、中国 和 新加坡）有着很直接的影响。这也给他带来了不同语言和不同文化的历练，拓展了视野，并增添了解决问题的有效范围。

Ronald Ng

Graduated MBBS with Gold Medal in Internal Medicine from HK University, FPCR(E) FRCP(G), FAMS. Specialist haematologist. Former Senior Lecturer at University College Hospital Medical School, London University, as well as former Senior Lecturer at HK University Medical School. Principal Mediator Singapore Mediation Centre, and Volunteer State Court Mediator at the Singapore State Court/ On the panel of mediators of MOHH. Member of the Education team of the Medical Protection Society (MPS), and authorised presenter of the MPS Workshop - Managing Adverse Outcome.

Michelle Wong

Michelle WONG FCIArb FSIArb, a Certified Mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Institute and an Associate Mediator at the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC). She has been mediating since 2013. At SMC, she mediates civil disputes – commercial, and family. At the Consumers’ Association of Singapore, she mediates ‘lemon law’ claims; at the Community Mediation Centre, she mediates community disputes, and at the State Court’s Centre for Dispute Resolution, she mediates Magistrate’s Complaints. She graduated from the National University of Singapore and from the Singapore Management University where she earned a Juris Doctor. Michelle had more than 20 years of work experience during which she worked at 3M Singapore, Shell Eastern Petroleum and Hewlett-Packard (Far East) as well as the Ministry of Education, Singapore.

Phang Kien Yip

PHANG Kien Yip, a Certified Mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) and International Mediation Institute.  He mediates for Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC), State Courts Court Dispute Resolution Cluster (CDRC), Small Claims Tribunals (SCT) and Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) since 2012. He joined SIMI as an ad hoc Senior Consultant in 2020. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Mechanical and Production Engineering and obtained his Master of Science in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore.
