Our Process A process starts things rolling, and continue to commit the parties to try to resolve issues. Agree to be Mediated Parties will sign a simple agreement, to agree to be mediated. Meet for mediation proper Mediation will take place at a suitable venue, with parties committed to the time for mediation. write out and sign a Mediated Agreement Agreement between the parties will be written out to be signed. Most, but not all mediation are successful within a 1-day session. Executing the mediated agreement Both parties to honour the mediated agreement, with recourse and redress options written and signed earlier.
